Managing Attorney and Founder Herbert I. Ellis, Esq. has been a vigorous advocate for injured accident victims and their families for 35 years. He lends legal support to his clients in a wide range of cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, work-related injuries, and wrongful death lawsuits. Herb has received Martindale-Hubbell’s esteemed “AV” rating, which recognizes attorneys with the highest ethical and professional standards.
